Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse in Sevenoaks to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care. You’ll work in a supportive service with clinical guidance available to ensure safe care in the place clients feel most comfortable.

Requirements include current NMC registration, strong communication, and a full UK driving licence. The role involves complex care tasks and a focus on compassionate, dignity-driven support for clients in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Six months’ experience in a complex caring role.
• Right to work in the UK and full UK driving licence.
• Experience with seizure management and enteral feeding is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Assess and monitor clients’ health and wellbeing.
• Administer and manage medication in line with policies.
• Maintain clear, accurate and timely care records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
