Qualifications

• Must have nursing experience and valid NMC PIN.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy and passion for care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents.
• Maintain health, wellbeing and safety of residents.
• Keep up-to-date with clinical developments and best practice.
• Administer and record medications in line with NMC and procedures.
• Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns.
• Maintain resident records using Nourish system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Uphold caring values in practice.
• Undertake additional duties to ensure excellent service.
