Job summary

Claimont Health is seeking an outstanding Complex Care Nurse to work as a Team Lead, supporting clients and staff in the community.

The Complex Care Team at Claimont Health supports individuals to live their life to the full at home, covering Sussex and surrounding counties.

In this role you will lead shifts from 08:00–20:00 with nights 20:00–08:00 if required, work three days on shift and one admin day, and demonstrate empathy, compassion and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with complex needs experience and community team leadership.
• Ability to work 08:00-20:00 with nights 20:00-08:00 and an admin day.
• Must have right to work in the UK and a valid UK driver
• license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support community care teams to deliver high‑quality care.
• Support clients to live independently at home.
• Coordinate admin tasks on one admin day per week.
• Be adaptable to shift patterns.

We are on the lookout for an outstanding Complex Care Nurse to work as a Team Lead supporting our clients and our staff in the community.

The Complex Care Team at Claimont Heath support individuals to live their life to the full in the comfort of their own homes. This position is to support our wonderful clients and our dedicated support teams in Sussex and surrounding counties.

What we need from you

• Be caring, empathetic, compassionate and respectful.
• Complex care experience essential, we are seeking a Registered Nurse who has supported clients with complex needs and has experience of leading teams in the community. You will need to demonstrate your knowledge and experience at interview.
• Flexibility to work days 08:00 - 20:00 support with nights if needed 20:00 - 08:00 (approx. shift times).
• Be able to work 3 days on shift and have one day as admin.
