Alderbrook Care Home in Leeds is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care in a complex care setting. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, and administer medications while leading shifts to support and guide the care team.

You will work closely with residents and families to ensure safe, person-centred care, documenting changes and maintaining high clinical standards in a supportive, well-led environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active NMC PIN and current nursing registration.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial.
• Ability to lead shifts and supervise a care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
