Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Kingfisher View in Castleford on a bank basis. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs, supported by a stable, well-staffed team and access to ongoing training and development.

You must hold an active NMC PIN, be adaptable, and capable of leading shifts on occasion while ensuring dignity and safety. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive environment aligned with Exemplar Health Care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC PIN and first-level nursing registration.
• Experience across Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disability nursing.
• Ability to coach, support and lead junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for individuals.
• Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
• Develop and update needs-based care plans.
• Safely administer medications.
