Job summary

Rowanbrook Care Home in Walsall is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our specialist care team. This 36-hour-per-week contract offers dayshift, and a pay rate of £22.71 per hour, with paid breaks, DBS and pension contributions, and a uniform provided.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications and lead shifts while guiding the care team in a safe, person-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN is required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in health.
• Lead shifts, support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond to changing needs.
• Maintain high standards, accurate documentation and a person-centred care approach.
