Job summary

Superior Healthcare in Tonbridge is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care in the community setting. You’ll work with clients, families and the care team to follow individual care plans, monitor wellbeing and respond to changes in health, while delivering safe clinical interventions.

A driving licence and experience with complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation) are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
• Ability to work safely within professional boundaries and agreed competencies.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with tracheostomy, PEG and ventilation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Assess and monitor clients’ health and wellbeing.
• Provide agreed clinical interventions within your professional competence.
• Administer and manage medication in line with policies and care plans.
