Job summary

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse in Tonbridge to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in the community setting.

This complex-care role requires following individual care plans, monitoring wellbeing and responding to changes in health, with clinical guidance available. Driving licence is preferred to support community visits and travel between sites. A supportive team and ongoing training are provided to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is required or highly preferred.
• Tracheotomy, PEG and ventilation experience are advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred to access community care.
