Job summary

HC-One, The Kind Care Company, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams. You will deliver person-centred care, combine clinical skills with compassionate support, and work in a nurse-led environment alongside a multi-disciplinary team.

You must have a valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months' experience in Health or Social Care. You will mentor colleagues, contribute to student supervision, and uphold safeguarding and professional standards in every shift.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written, and professional behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for Residents and families.
• Mentor colleagues and supervise students as part of a supportive team.
• Work in a nurse-led environment, contributing to clinical decision making and safeguarding.
