Job summary

HC-One – The Kind Care Company – is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams. You will work in a nurse-led environment, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting Residents and their families.

With at least 12 months in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN, you will mentor colleagues and potentially supervise students, while contributing to safeguarding and continuous professional development within HC-One.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with at least 12 months' experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN.
• Commitment to professional standards set by the NMC.
• Willingness to mentor colleagues and supervise students.

Responsibilities

• Work in a nurse-led environment to develop complex decision making and collaborative skills.
• Mentor and supervise colleagues and students as needed.
