Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams, delivering compassionate, person-centred care to Residents. You will work within a nurse-led environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues and supporting students and junior staff. A valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in health or social care.
• Able to mentor and support colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to Residents in a nurse-led environment.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective care.
• Support safeguarding, documentation and escalation as needed.
• Offer supervision and assessment support to junior staff and students.
