Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN.
• Ability to mentor and supervise students and colleagues.
• Strong communication and professional behaviour in a nurse-led environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide person-centred care to Residents and support families.
• Mentor and supervise colleagues and students; contribute to practice supervision and assessments.
• Deliver safeguarding training awareness and act on safeguarding concerns.
