Job summary

HC-One is recruiting Registered Nurses for our care homes in the UK. You will provide compassionate, patient-centred nursing in a nurse-led environment, drawing on clinical expertise and teamwork with multi-disciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with a valid NMC pin and at least 12 months' experience in health or social care.
Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.
Strong communication and mentoring skills to support students and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred nursing care in a nurse-led home environment.
Support Residents and families through difficult decisions with empathy.
Mentor and supervise students and junior staff as a practice supervisor and assessor.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
