Job summary

SkyCare Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a UK Registered Nurse (RGN) to oversee clinical care across our nursing home. You will supervise day-to-day care, administer medications safely, assess residents, and promote their independence with dignity. You will work closely with the care team to ensure high standards of practice and compliance with regulations.

You must hold an active NMC PIN, a clear DBS, and provide two satisfactory references. Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of clinical nursing across the home.
• Oversee day-to-day care and administration of medications.
• Provide nursing and personal care to residents and promote their abilities.
• Supervise qualified and unqualified staff as delegated by Line Manager.
• Plan, implement and supervise quality care provision.
• Maintain medical documentation.
• Uphold residents' rights to privacy, dignity, and choice.
• Report ill health and arrange professional visits when necessary.
• Adhere to company policy and Care Inspectorate guidelines and the NMC Code of Conduct.
