Job Title: Registered Nurse (Care Home Experience)

Position: Ongoing Agency Work – Day and Night Shifts

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses with care home experience to support a busy care home environment during the peak summer months. This is an ongoing agency role with potential for extension through to Christmas.

• Shifts: Both day and night shifts available.
• Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with the option to work up to 5 shifts per week.
• Duration: Ongoing flexible role with potential to extend until Christmas.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Assist with daily care routines, including administering medication and providing wound care.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents at all times.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with care standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in care homes or similar settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Available for ongoing work, minimum three shifts a week.
