Exemplar Health Care is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Hillside Court in Leeds. The role offers full-time hours (36-48 per week) with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a brand-new home.

You will join a supportive team with strong staffing levels to enable compassionate, personalised care for adults with complex needs. We support ongoing training and career development, with opportunities to lead units, and to work within the Exemplar Health Care values of fun,

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

Responsabilités

• assessing, planning and providing person-centred nursing care for the people we support
• the safe administration of medication
• promoting health and wellbeing
• being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift
• managing situations when people display behaviours of concern
• promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect.
