Mariposa Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join St Lukes care home in Leeds. You will lead the care team, provide person-centred nursing, and ensure high standards of care for residents.

You will role model best practice, support teamwork, and ensure effective communication with the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead. A valid NMC PIN and experience in elderly care are essential for this role.

• Leading by example - You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
• Person-centred care - Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
• Excellent nursing care - providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
• Team leadership - Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
• Be a role model - Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
• Reporting - You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the the loop on any important matters.
