You will be part of a team delivering person-centred care, maintaining safety and well-being, and ensuring up-to-date clinical practice within our care homes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with proven clinical care delivery.
• Valid NMC PIN holder in the UK.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy and passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational skills with prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents.
• Maintain residents' health, wellbeing and safety.
• Keep up-to-date with clinical developments and best practice.
• Safely administer and record medications, including controlled drugs and oxygen, per NMC rules.
• Follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and report concerns.
• Maintain resident records in Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Demonstrate caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Undertake additional duties to support service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
• Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
• Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
• Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous nursing experience.
• A valid NMC PIN.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
