Job summary

HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse (Band 5) to join Sulis Ward at St Martin's Hospital, Bath. You will assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate care plans, and work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold current UK nursing registration, NHS ward experience, be a strong communicator, and able to teach and mentor learners. The role offers career development, a competitive AfC salary, and an NHS pension.

Qualifications

  • Registered nurse with current UK registration and practice entitlement.
  • Experience in a hospital ward within the NHS or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families and the MDT.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out all forms of nursing care without direct supervision.
