Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Registered Nurse for Richmond Witney Village to lead and support clinical care within a modern care home. You will oversee the unit, provide nursing assessments, and ensure policies meet high clinical standards.

You’ll be engaged in coaching staff, developing care plans, and delivering person-centred care, with strong emphasis on dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

  • A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
  • With a positive attitude, your energy and enthusiasm will encourage a supportive working environment
  • Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, you have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice and dignity
  • An effective communicator who’s able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and the people they care about
  • A passion to coach, guide and support your team, as well as providing formal and informal programmes of training to colleagues and other care professionals
  • A respectful and compassionate team player with the belief in giving your personal best

Job Description: Registered Nurse - Days Richmond Villages Witney Care Home, Coral Springs Way, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 5DG Salary: £23.20ph plus Excellent Benefits and a £1000 welcome bonus Permanent - 2x 12 hour shifts week 1, 3x 12 hour shifts week 2 Shift Pattern 8.00am - 8pm
