Job summary

TipTopJob in Weymouth (Chickerell area) is recruiting a committed Registered Nurse for an exceptional nursing home. The home specialises in general and dementia care for the elderly and is rated Good by CQC.

You will assess residents, administer medications within NMC guidelines, and ensure care plans are developed with residents and families while coordinating with GPs and other professionals. A competitive salary (£22 per hour) and flexible day/night shifts are offered.

Qualifications

• Current active NMC PIN is required.
• Experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Ability to show empathy and understand client needs.
• Strong time management and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Chickerell, Weymouth area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

This nursing home specialises in general and dementia nursing, residential and respite care for the elderly. The home is currently rated as Good by CQC

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always
• A good team player

Benefits

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of GBP22.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP54,912 per annum.
