Salary: £21.34 - £23.56 Per Hour

Contract: Full Time (48 Hours)

Shift Patterns: 4x 12 Hour Nights per week

Your responsibilities include:

1. Taking responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
2. Guiding and coaching team members, providing teaching and support.
3. Carrying out assessments and developing care plans.
4. Ensuring safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation.

Qualifications and skills required:

1. Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, managing clinical duties and overseeing care.
2. Experience maintaining high clinical standards and policies.
3. Ability to provide clinical guidance and assist with CQC tasks.
4. Strong communication skills, building connections with residents and families.
5. Night shift requires critical thinking, confidence, self-reliance, and calmness in emergencies.
