Salary: £ to £ per hour (Up to £44,112 per annum)

Hours: Full time or Part time (Days/Nights/Mixed)

The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, including various training courses and shadow shifts before nurses start. Registered Nurses (RGN / RMN / RNLD) will also have access to clear and structured development pathways for progression within the Care Home.

Newly Qualified Nurse / Preceptorship Programme:

We welcome newly qualified and preceptorship nurses. The nursing home provides a comprehensive preceptorship with in-depth induction, training, and tailored support. Experienced staff are available to mentor and support new nurses.
