Practice Plus Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 30-bed inpatient ward in Plymouth. You will support patients through the surgical journey, mainly elective orthopaedics, from pre-admission to discharge with a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Salary: £35,484.21 per year
Permanent, Full-time -37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a Nurse to join our team based in the CQC rated Good hospital in picturesque Plymouth. You will be part of a close knit collaborative team who pride themselves in providing the highest standard of care to our patients and their families. Our inpatients team is comprised of experienced nurses and healthcare assistants supported by our welcoming Ward Manager. As well as undertaking basic ward duties you will oversee the new patient admissions, ensuring key documentation is completed and introducing them to the care team looking after them. All of our work is planned so you will be able to plan your week with ease knowing your work schedule won’t change.
You will liaise with the wider Practice Plus Group medical team to ensure the patient’s treatment is carried out whilst maintaining the principles of patient confidentiality.
Please be aware that this is a shift position covering days(07:30-20:00)and nights(19:30-08:00)a typical monthly shift rota is as follows:
