Job summary

A clinical research organization is seeking a Certified Mobile Research Nurse to conduct mobile visits and complete documentation for study participants. The role requires applicants to be Registered Nurses with strong skills in venepuncture and physical assessments. A clean driving license and access to a vehicle are mandatory. Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in phlebotomy and conducting physical assessments.
• Must have current vaccination and CPR certification.
• Experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests.
• DBS clearance (preferably Enhanced) and ability to maintain accurate patient records.

Summary

The Certified Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nursing ad-hoc/PRN position for EmVenio Clinical Research. Our CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. You’ll work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation.

We are looking for Registered Nurses with current venepuncture and physical assessment competency to conduct visits with adult participants in their homes. The ability to drive with access to your own vehicle is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates with a full Enhanced DBS certificate (covering both adult and children's barred lists) which is registered to the DBS Update Service are strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Full NMC registration with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and no restrictions on practice
• Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
• One (1) year of experience conducting full head-to-toe physical assessments, including using a stethoscope
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
• Clean DBS
• Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
• Must have and maintain a current vaccination record
• Full, clean driving license with access to own vehicle
