Job summary

Orchard Care Homes in Leeds is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead a specialist mental health community at Paisley Lodge. You will develop person-centred care plans, coach staff, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents with complex needs.

You will work with families and multidisciplinary teams to uphold the Mental Health Act and safeguarding standards while supporting staff development and dementia-friendly practices.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experienced in mental health care and person-centred planning.
• Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Commitment to Orchard's Dementia Promise values.
