Job summary

Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse at Middleton Park Lodge in Leeds to guide nursing and care teams in delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You’ll lead clinical governance, supervise performance, and drive infection control and quality initiatives across the home.

The role offers full-time hours, 40 per week, with ongoing training, career progression, and access to the organisation’s wellbeing and support resources.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in teaching and assessing (qualification desirable).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A team player with a person-centred approach to care.
• Knowledge of Care Standards Act, Health & Safety, and Infection Control.
• Experience in care home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.

• Support the implementation of best practices and quality improvement strategies.

What You'll Be Doing
