Your role, your impact:
As a Registered Nurse at Ashlea Court, you’ll be a cornerstone of the care we provide. You’ll lead by example offering both clinical expertise and emotional support to residents, while guiding and supporting your team throughout each shift.
From developing tailored care plans to managing medications, observing changes in health, and communicating clearly with families and colleagues you’ll be trusted, valued, and empowered to deliver care that truly makes a difference.
You’ll also champion dignity, safety, and independence helping residents live with purpose, joy, and as much autonomy as possible.
About you:
You’ll be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. Experience in a care home is welcome, but not essential we’re more interested in your commitment to delivering excellent, person-centred care.
You’ll be calm under pressure, clear in communication, and full of compassion. And you’ll be the kind of nurse who makes residents and families feel seen, heard, and safe.
