Job summary

Dennyson Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dedicated home care team in East London and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality clinical care in patients’ own homes, guided by care plans and regulatory standards, with support from a skilled team.

The role emphasizes patient-centred care, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while traveling locally to visit clients.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration (RN1 or RN2) is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills are essential.
• Experience in community or domiciliary care is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Monitor and assess clients’ health conditions and respond to changing needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support care staff with clinical guidance and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
• Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and dignified care environment.
• Participate in care planning, reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Uphold professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
