Job summary

Dennyson Care in London and surrounding areas is looking for compassionate Carers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Our Carers help clients maintain independence while receiving the care they need in a comfortable, familiar environment.

You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, administer medication per training, and report any changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to care.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries.
• Willingness to travel locally for home visits; driving licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing and grooming.
• Support mobility and light exercise; monitor and report changes to carers/families.
• Administer medication as directed by care plans and training.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as required.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Maintain accurate records after each visit and communicate with the team.
