Job summary

Willing Care Ltd in Grimsby is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join a specialist service focused on complex needs, learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessments and develop, implement and review individual care plans
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records
• Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes
• Support positive behaviour strategies and individual risk management plans
• Promote independence, dignity and meaningful engagement in daily activities
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
• Support and guide Healthcare Assistants in delivering consistent, high-quality care
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, clinical governance and NMC professional practice
