Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disabilities) to join our specialist team in Keighley. You will support adults with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities, delivering compassionate, person-centred care and robust care planning.

The role requires NMC registration, NHS/private experience, and a driver due to limited public transport. Shifts include day and night patterns, with a strong focus on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Mental Health or Learning Disabilities with full NMC registration.
• Experience in mental health settings, ideally hospital (NHS or private).
• Driver is essential due to limited public transport to site.
• Confident with clinical assessments, care planning and medication management.
• Experience supporting distressed or challenging behaviours with a calm, person-centred approach.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work (visa sponsorship not available).

Hours: 43.75 per week

Salary: £44,590 - £47,934

Are you a Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference?

A specialist care provider is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team, supporting adults with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities and additional support requirements.

You'll play an important role in delivering person-centred care, promoting independence and ensuring individuals receive the highest standards of clinical support.

About You:

• RN Mental Health or RN Learning Disabilities with full NMC registration
• Experience working within mental health settings, ideally hospital (NHS or private)
• Driver is essential due to limited public transport to site
• Confident with clinical assessments, care planning and medication management
• Experience supporting individuals who may present with distressed behaviour or behaviours that challenge, using a calm, compassionate and person-centred approach.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
