An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home service based in Queenslie, Glasgow. You will work for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

The care team offers various types of care, including nursing, dementia, and respite care for those needing assistance with daily tasks.

Qualifications: Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

1. Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
2. Developing care plans and risk assessments, understanding regulatory frameworks.
3. Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records using modern technology.
4. Overseeing medication management in accordance with policies and legislation.
5. Making timely decisions and providing clinical guidance to team members.
6. Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring staff in line with the NMC Code.
