Henderson House Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care across mixed day and night shifts. The role requires leading shifts, developing and reviewing care plans, administering medications and maintaining safe documentation within a professional environment.
You will work closely with residents and families, ensuring dignity, independence and wellbeing are prioritised while progressing into leadership and management pathways as you develop
Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract
Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.
Role Overview
As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
