Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 24-hour services in Cardiff. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality nursing and general care in a supportive, patient-centered environment, aligned with the NMC Code.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Knowledge of the NMC Code and relevant disability/mental health/physical health legislation.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults in residential/day service/youth work or similar environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to reflect on practice and work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
• A full driving licence.
• Experience relating to challenges faced by vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager with supervision and development of staff.
• Promote safe environments through health & safety, infection control, and risk management.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver person-centred care planning, health promotion, and transition management.
• Participate in clinical supervision, audits, training, and continuous service improvement.
• Support recruitment, induction, and staff meetings.

About The Role

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

What We’re Looking For

- Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration.
