About The Role

About the roleThe role of the Registered Manager encompasses overall operational responsibility for the service or services, ensuring smooth operations, and effective staff allocation and management. You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.

Registration Process

• Week 1 in role – DBS must be applied for


• Week 2 in role - until the DBS check is back and verified as per process – registration application to be drafted in the background with support from our Quality team


• Within 2 weeks of the DBS returned and verified – Registration application to be submitted to the regulator.

Once the registration is completed and in place £5000 will be added to your annual salary and backdated to the probation pass date.
