Job summary

Key responsibilities include nursing care consistent with NMC standards, medication administration, wound care, and safeguarding best practices while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NMC Pin and be a registered Adult Nurse.
• Experience in acute care, elderly care, or community nursing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with patients, families and colleagues.
• Eligibility to work in the UK andability to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in line with NMC standards.
• Administer medications and manage wound care and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure CQC compliance.
• Supervise junior staff and healthcare assistants to maintain a safe clinical environment.
