Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the MDT.
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure CQC compliance.
• Supervise junior staff to maintain a safe clinical environment.
