Bradley Manor Care Home in Belfast is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and deliver high-quality, person-centred care across our Dementia and General Nursing units. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to residents' needs.
You will support shift management, ensure resident safety, and supervise care staff. A valid UK NMC pin, at least 6 months nursing experience, and the right to work in the UK are required.

Our home accommodates 79 residents across three specialist units: Residential Dementia, Dementia Nursing, and General/Frail Elderly Nursing. This allows us to offer a seamless continuum of care as needs evolve over time.
