CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) for Kings Park, a 40-bed dementia care home in Ashton-under-Lyne. You will deliver clinically led care, lead shifts and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards.

The role offers progression toward Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, with ongoing training, DBS/PVG paid, uniform, pension, and extensive development opportunities within a supportive team.

Our 40 bedded home provides nursing dementia and residential dementia care. Located in Hurst Cross, Kings Park is a welcoming home with a strong community feel and a supportive team who take pride in creating a positive environment for both residents and colleagues. It is a place where you can build strong relationships, work as part of a close team and make a real difference every day.

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract

• Contracted to 44 hours per week (days)
• Paid PVG/DBS, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

Role Overview

As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN

• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
