Job summary

Care Concern Group in Aberystwyth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead shifts, assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor health changes. You will work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, applying best practice to maintain dignity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with RGN or RMN status and active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making as part of daily duties.

Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times. Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
