Job summary

Advinia Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care homes in Scotland. You will work with home managers to ensure person-centred resident care, administering medicines and maintaining care plans in line with NMC guidelines.

The role requires a valid NMC license and at least 1 year of nursing practice, with leadership abilities and strong communication to support the care team.

Qualifications

Holds a valid NMC License with at least 1 year of nursing practice.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong communication and team management.
Commitment to highest standard of resident care per company policy.

Responsibilities

Lead and support care team to deliver high-quality resident care.
Administer medicines and document according to NMC guidelines.
Maintain resident care plans and liaise with MDT.
Ensure accurate handover and essential records.
Assist with shifts cover as needed for night shifts (20:00–08:00).
