Advinia Healthcare in Glasgow is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will work closely with home managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.

The role requires holding a valid NMC nursing pin and at least 1 year of nursing practice. You will lead and mentor the care team, manage care plans, and ensure compliance with NMC guidelines while maintaining patient safety and dignity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain individualised care plans for residents.

• Collaborate with GPs and health professionals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
