Care Home: Woolston House

Location: Warrington

Contract type: Full time OR part time hours available (Days OR Nights OR mixed rotation)

Rate/Salary: £22.75 per hour

About the role

This highly skilled nursing role involves supporting individuals with holistic needs, requiring a range of clinical skills. Your responsibilities include:

1. Assessing, planning, and implementing care
2. Providing evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
3. Developing care plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
4. Safe medication administration
5. Promoting health and wellbeing
6. Being Nurse in Charge during shifts
7. Managing challenging behaviours
8. Upholding dignity, independence, and respect
