Join Our Team as Lead Nurse for CYP at CHFT

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly regarded organization as the Lead Nurse for Children and Young People (CYP) services at CHFT. We are seeking a passionate, forward-thinking registered children's nurse to lead and support our CYP services across the trust.

Role Overview:

• Provide strategic oversight of CYP services delivered trust-wide.
• Advise and support operational development of nursing and AHPs regarding quality and clinical practice for children and young people.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure high standards of governance and performance management.
• Support the development and implementation of the CYP nursing strategy and transformation plan.
• Monitor quality performance against national standards and support risk management related to children's pathways of care.
