Job summary

XP Recruitment Ltd in Lincolnshire/Worksop is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team across specialist mental health facilities, delivering high-quality care in a safe and therapeutic environment for patients with complex needs.

The role offers flexible day and night shifts, with ongoing opportunities for regular work. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, document care accurately, administer medications safely, and uphold NMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a mental health or healthcare setting.
• A valid and unrestricted NMC Pin
• A current PMVA Certificate
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care
• The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care while promoting patients' dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
• Support patients in their recovery and encourage participation in therapeutic and rehabilitation activities
• Administer medication safely in accordance with NMC guidelines and organisational policies
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team. You'll be working across a range of specialist mental health facilities, providing high-quality care in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients with complex mental health needs.

Pay & Benefits

• £24.00 - £26.45 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Previous experience within a mental health or healthcare setting
