Job Description:

Pulse Nursing is currently recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses within the Swansea area. You will work with vulnerable patients experiencing mental health traumas and complex needs. Your responsibilities include ensuring patient safety and building relationships with patients who have faced major changes and adversities.

Rates are between £23.87 – £39.20 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Experience with patients having complex mental health needs
• Working across various shift patterns, including nights
• Adapting to challenging and escalating situations
• Following Care Plans and Procedures strictly to ensure safety
• Passion for supporting patients with mental health concerns and making positive impacts

Role Requirements:

• NMC Registration for at least 12 months
• Minimum 12 months experience in a Mental Health setting with two references
• Compliance with DBS, Occupational Health, and providing an updated CV
• Right to work in the UK – proof required
