We are currently recruiting for registered mental health nurses for a private mental health hospital based in Preston, supporting adults 18+ with various mental health conditions.

Shift Patterns:

• 19:30 - 07:30
• 07:30 - 19:30

Job Requirements:

• Registered NMC Pin
• DBS on update service (Desirable)
• Immediate Life support training (ILS)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing documentation to the company's standard.
• Participate in nursing audits to achieve standards.
• Contribute to setting goals and standards of care under supervision.
• Develop and maintain a positive ward/department ethos and deliver excellent nursing care.
• Support patients with their daily needs.
