We are currently recruiting registered mental health nurses for a private mental health hospital based in Preston, supporting adults 18+ with various mental health conditions.

Shift Patterns

• 19:30 - 07:30
• 07:30 - 19:30

Job Requirements

• Previous experience
• Registered NMC Pin
• DBS on update service (Desirable)
• Restraint Training (PMVA, CPI, etc.)
• Immediate Life Support training (ILS)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Person-centred care approach

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing documentation to company standards
• Participate in nursing audits under supervision
• Contribute to setting care standards and goals with the management team
• Develop and maintain a positive ward/department ethos
• Support patients with their daily needs
