Job summary

Priory Hospital Cardiff is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our Nursing team on a full-time basis. The role supports patients with mental health needs across low secure services, with 37.5 hours per week at Priory Hospital Cardiff, located in South Wales.

You will work within a compassionate team, contribute to individual care plans, monitor progress, and help maintain dignity and wellbeing, while adhering to NMC guidelines and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months post-registration experience.
• Active NMC registration.
• Completion of a preceptorship programme.
• Strong understanding of NMC guidelines and professional practices.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Accurately observe and engage with patients to assess needs and progress.
• Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
• Evaluate and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Address suggestions and complaints from patients and families.
